EVAS — Event-driven Verilog-A Simulator

EVAS is a lightweight behavioral simulator for digital and mixed-signal Verilog-A models. It uses the EVAS2/Rust execution path by default for supported event-driven designs, with an explicit Python compatibility fallback and no external EDA simulator dependency.
